RJR Firearms was founded on a straightforward mission: share deep knowledge and skilled gunsmithing with the Akron, Cleveland, and surrounding areas. The owner brings nearly three decades of law enforcement experience, including time as a SWAT Operator and Homicide Detective—background that shows in how seriously they take firearms safety and proper operation.

The gunsmith graduated from the elite Modern Gun Repair School in Wilmington, Delaware, and every job starts with the same principle: ensure the firearm operates safely and to specification. All mechanisms get inspected, and any deficiencies get fixed before work continues.
