Solon Sportsmen's Association

Solon Sportsmen's Association is a premier private shooting club located on 283 acres in Richmond Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio. Situated near Andover and Dorsett, this well-established facility serves competitive shooters, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts across northeastern Ohio.

The club features comprehensive shooting infrastructure with ranges at 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 600 yards. The shorter ranges (10-100 yards) are covered with shooting benches, while the 200-yard range offers a single uncovered station. The certified 600-yard long-range facility includes 18 shooting positions with target pits—perfect for precision rifle work.

Solon Sportsmen's Association holds NRA and CMP-sanctioned high power rifle matches throughout the year, plus regular pistol competitions. The club is fully affiliated with the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) and the Ashtabula County Wildlife Conservation League. All members maintain 100% NRA membership.
