What Instructors Actually Teach
Staff here don't just stand around enforcing rules. Customer reviews consistently mention instructors like Harold, Gene, and others who actively coach your technique while you shoot. One review from a 34-year firearms veteran said: "In my 34 years of shooting firearms, outside of agency training, I have never had anyone coach me just because they were there and wanted to help me."
Owning suppressors and other NFA items doesn't have to be complicated. Parma Armory carries a large selection of silencers and walks you through the entire registration and approval process.
They specifically teach home defense gun storage—the gap most gun owners have. Their Home Safety Class covers storing your gun for absolute security plus instant access, and creating a family emergency response plan. Their position: "If you haven't had professional training for storing your home-defense gun for absolute security, instant access, and having a family emergency response plan in case the unthinkable happens, your gun may be making your family less safe, not more safe."
Memberships can reduce range costs to under $1 per day, plus: - Discounted FFL transfers - Free lane reservations - Extra range, class, and store discounts - Up to $100 off membership during promotional periods

Immortal Palm Chinese martial arts training located just steps from the shooting range.
Parma, Ohio. Staff emphasizes their service standard: "Expert customer service with a smile is the rule, not the exception."
The 4.6-star rating across 676 reviews highlights two things: the facility itself (spotless, never crowded lanes, continuous camera monitoring) and the staff (patient, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in your shooting progression). Multiple reviews mention specific staff by name—Eric, Will, Patrick, Joe, Carmen, Andre, Josh, and Harold—suggesting low turnover and relationship-building.
