Katelyn Lambert Bowen was born and raised in Southern Oregon and has spent the last 26 years hunting the region's best terrain. That experience is what Huntfluent is built on—real knowledge of the land, animals, and what it takes to put together a successful hunt.
Huntfluent offers rifle, archery, and muzzleloader hunts across multiple species and units:
| Species | Rate | Units |
|---|---|---|
| Blacktail Buck & Antlerless | $800/day per person | Chetco 27, Applegate 28, Tioga 24 |
| Black Bear | $800/day per person | Chetco 27, Applegate 28, Tioga 24 |
| Roosevelt Elk | $1,000/day per person | Chetco 27, Applegate 28, Tioga 24 |
Katelyn believes the next generation of hunters deserve the same quality experience she had growing up. Youth hunts are discounted and available for:
Youth must be accompanied by a parent and hold a current Hunter Education Certificate.
For DIY hunters who want professional intel without a guide. You get OnX waypoints showing animal movement patterns, bedding and feeding areas, water sources, rubs, rutting grounds, and trail systems across Chetco, Tioga, Applegate, and Powers units.
Huntfluent hosts an annual ladies-only elk calling clinic (4th annual in 2024) teaching bugle and diaphragm calling techniques, Roosevelt vs. Rocky Mountain elk differences, field setup strategy, and hunting scenarios. Includes rifle and archery practice. Clinic fee is $200 and includes calls, training materials, and gear.
Katelyn is also a Salmon Watch Program Instructor and board member of Oregon Outdoor Council—conservation isn't just what she guides, it's what drives her.
