Callahan Training Group operates out of Double Eagle Outdoors in Newfoundland, PA—the Pocono Mountains region. Sam Callahan is a 4-division USPSA Grandmaster and professional 3-gunner who left the 9-to-5 world to train shooters full-time.

Sam's philosophy is simple: "I like to do things differently." Instead of herding shooters through cookie-cutter classes, he works with each person like a personal trainer. You identify YOUR goals, he identifies your strengths and weaknesses, and you build a progression plan together.

"Firearms are my passion, and I have dedicated my life to sharing that passion with the world. On the range and off the range, I look for ways to improve and progress myself and others."

He trains across every discipline—competitive USPSA, CCW defensive courses, police and military instruction, aspiring instructors, and even celebrities and professional athletes.

Originally from New Jersey, Sam started competing with firearms as a teenager and never stopped. He understands the challenge of finding quality training in restrictive states—NJ made it nearly impossible to train seriously. Now based in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains, his goal was to build a place shooters could actually rely on for practical, honest instruction across all disciplines.
