Consolidated Sportsmen of Lycoming County (CSLC) has been maintaining shooting sports facilities for nearly 90 years. The club was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation under Pennsylvania law with a straightforward mission: preserve the land for shooting sports, hunting, and fishing.
The club sits on PA State Route 87, six miles north of Montoursville—easily accessible via Exit 22 off Route 180.

Members can purchase day passes for guests at $10 (or $20 if caught without one inside the gate). Maximum of three day passes per member per year, and guests must be supervised by a member in good standing.
Ranges may close for scheduled matches or maintenance.

The club enforces strict safety standards aligned with NRA fundamentals:
Members under 18 are covered if their parent holds the membership, plus college students up to age 23.

The club maintains a campground for members—ideal if you want to make a shooting day of it without the drive back.
Memberships are available at:
Cash, check, or money order. Allow two weeks for processing. CSLC also directs a portion of NRA membership fees back to the club when you renew through them.

The board meets the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Trap House. The annual election and board vote happens the first Thursday of January. All members are welcome to attend and vote.
No tree stands on property. No doe hunting. Deliberate destruction of club property results in membership revocation with no refund. Sharing the electronic gate combination with unauthorized users will get you banned for five years and potentially prosecuted for trespassing.
