Monthly Meetings Membership meetings held first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm at the main clubhouse.
The Range Management Committee (established 2004) actively addresses lead contamination from decades of shooting: - Relocated shooting stations away from bodies of water - Tests soil pH and applies lime to prevent lead leaching - Constructed lead capture abutments at the 100-yard range for recovery - 2016 water testing by ALS Global showed lead levels better than drinking water standards
The club takes environmental responsibility seriously, managing the lead footprint from tons of ammunition fired over the decades.
Volunteer grounds crew handles mowing, field maintenance in spring/summer, and snow plowing in winter. The club sits at elevation where snow is common—patience with plowing operations is appreciated.
