Bryan Lloyd opened Lloyd Tactical in October 2018 with a simple philosophy: gun shops don't have to feel like chain stores. After years in construction, health issues pushed him toward a second career. He had his federal firearms license from legally selling weapons to friends, and his wife suggested he go retail. He chose a location in Lower Saucon Township specifically for the quiet setting and ample customer parking—not Main Street visibility.

While his retail space is limited, Lloyd special orders and stocks "whatever people want." He also sells 100% serialized lowers for those building their own firearms (as opposed to 80% lowers, which don't carry serial numbers).

Lloyd stresses that he's "learning every day" in the gun world. This translates to real conversations about misconceptions—like the AR-15's reputation versus actual capabilities of lesser-known firearms, or why automatic rifles are "100 percent illegal to own" (even for gun shop owners). He holds federal, state, and county licenses and conducts background checks on all purchases per applicable laws.

Lloyd Tactical is located at 1850 Friedensville Road in the Society Hill Plaza complex (near Bagel Basket) in Lower Saucon Township. The space includes one retail room with a second room available for future expansion into inventory storage or training/safety classes.

If you're one of the younger shooters who prefer building rather than buying off-the-shelf, Lloyd carries 100% serialized lowers. Building is often cheaper than purchasing complete firearms.
