Outdoor Sportsman's Club

Located atop Purdue Mountain in Centre County, Pennsylvania, between Bellefonte and State College, Outdoor Sportsman's Club is a private shooting sports facility dedicated to providing a safe, well-maintained environment for members and their guests to practice, learn, and compete across multiple shooting disciplines.

The club features a comprehensive range complex with both indoor and outdoor facilities supporting rifle, pistol, shotgun, and archery shooting. Outdoor ranges operate daily from 8:00 AM to sunset, accommodating everyone from beginner shooters to experienced competitors. The well-maintained facilities are designed to meet the needs of various skill levels and shooting styles.

Members and guests can participate in: - Rifle shooting (including NRL22 competitions and sporter rifle leagues) - Pistol sports (Galactic Pistol Alliance, IDPA, and bullseye competition) - Shotgun disciplines (clay target sports) - Archery - Youth programs (4-H Rifle Club and Scholastic Clay Target Program)

Outdoor Sportsman's Club operates as a private membership organization. Full membership unlocks complete access to all ranges and facilities. However, many club events throughout the year are open to the public, providing excellent opportunities for new shooters to experience the community, learn different shooting disciplines, and explore what the club offers.

The club hosts regular events including: - Ladies Pistol Practice (dedicated range time for women shooters) - Competition events and leagues - Youth shooting programs - Training classes and certifications - Community events and educational seminars
