Slippery Rock Sportsmen's Club has operated as a community resource since its incorporation in 1953. Located on 65 acres along Sportsman Lane (one mile east of Route 173 in Slippery Rock, PA), the club provides multiple shooting disciplines under one membership.
Membership is required to use ranges. Members can bring up to two guests at a time. The facility operates from 9:00 AM to sunset daily.
The club enforces detailed range protocols: eye and ear protection mandatory, only paper/cardboard targets and clay pigeons allowed, all shots must directly impact the backstop (no ground shooting), and un-aimed rapid fire is prohibited. Alcohol is strictly forbidden on the property. Firearms must remain unloaded when downrange activity occurs on any adjacent range.
