HK Cauthen CWP operates an outdoor range and training facility focused on concealed weapons permitting and practical pistol instruction. Hart Cauthen is an NRA-certified firearms instructor, SLED-certified, and a Firearms Legal Protection area manager—also a retired fire chief who applies that service mindset to firearms education.
The core offering is South Carolina CWP certification: - 6-8 hour comprehensive course covering SC concealed carry laws, NRA Cardinal Rules, and legal carry requirements - 25-round outdoor qualification shoot - 50-question written exam - One-on-one instructor coaching available ($50/hour) - Spring promo: Use code SPRING50 for $50 off CWP courses
Beginner pistol safety class (2 hours, $100) combines classroom fundamentals with range time. Covers how your firearm works, grip, sight alignment, storage, and basic safety.

Individual membership ($400/year): Unlimited range visits, one free guest pass, one free target per visit.
