SharpShooters Indoor Range operates out of a restored 1930s Sears & Roebuck catalog warehouse on Rutherford Road in Greenville, SC—a historic property that once received merchandise by train. Today it's home to two separate indoor climate-controlled shooting bays with 16 total shooting lanes.
Two shooting bays: one with 10 lanes (4,000+ sq ft) and one with 6 lanes (2,500+ sq ft). All lanes are 25 yards long and rated for .22 rimfire through 30 caliber cartridges, plus shotguns with buckshot or slugs.

Five fully-automatic weapons are maintained to offer hands-on demonstrations under supervision from Range Safety Officers. Ammunition must be purchased from SharpShooters. Renters must be 18+ for long-guns, 21+ for handguns, with no felony convictions.
SharpShooters employs instructors with 150 years of combined expertise—all current or retired military and law enforcement officers. Training options include:
- •Personal Instruction: One-on-one customized training for any experience level (full hour)
- •Basic Shooting Course: Classroom and range instruction for pistol handling and safety
- •F.A.S.T. Training: Fast and Accurate Shooting Technique courses
- •SLED Concealed Carry Certification: South Carolina Law Enforcement Division-required courses for permit applications (21+)

Classes are limited to 12 attendees and taught in classroom, range, or combination settings. Courses fill quickly—registration is available online and by phone.
- •GSSF League: Glock Sport Shooting Foundation matches held over 3-month periods. Competitors shoot ANY Glock pistol. Annual GSSF membership is $35 (new) or $25 (renewing).
- •IDPA Matches: International Defensive Pistol Association events simulating self-defense scenarios. Matches range from 3–20 yards with position changes and tactical drills.
Both individual and family annual memberships available. Walk-in range use does not require membership.
Special memberships for: - Purple Heart recipients (free lifetime membership) - "Still Standing" Law Enforcement Officers (free lifetime membership) - Active Duty Military (free range pass) - Retired military, law enforcement, and first responders (discounts available)
SharpShooters employs a Certified Armourer specialist offering services unavailable at most ranges:
- •Installation of sights, springs, and trigger assemblies
- •Higher-level repairs across a wide variety of firearms
- •Custom work beyond standard gunsmithing
The facility includes a full pro shop with:
- •New, top-of-the-line firearms and ammunition
- •Rare and antique firearms not found elsewhere
- •Gun sales with background checks
- •Gun Trade-In Program: Sell or trade firearms
- •Full Class 3 firearms dealer licensing

The facility welcomes shooters of all experience levels—first-time gun owners to expert marksmen. Youth camp programs available. The state-of-the-art range is described as safe, clean, and comfortable for shooting practice, self-defense training, and social outings.
