Full description and what we offer
Midlands Archery Center operates two locations—Lexington and Ballentine—focused on teaching discipline and technique through coaching, community, and competition. Whether you're interested in hunting, competition, or just getting outside, they work with beginners to experienced shooters.
They've made the entry simple: sign up for an Explore Archery Beginners' Class, talk to their coaches, and test your interest with real equipment before investing in your own bow. Level 1 covers basic form and technique in group sessions with multiple coaches. Level 2 (by invitation) adds extra class time and access to their Open Range Nights.
"Teresa and Indy are not only fantastic archery instructors, but also just downright wonderful people. Our kids have benefited greatly from their coaching." — Kevin Carlisle
Their coaches understand that archery serves different goals for different people. Whether you're building foundational skills, preparing for competition, or working toward a U.S. Olympic or Paralympic team, the progression is structured around your actual goals—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
