Stars & Stripes Firearms Training is a premier NRA-certified shooting range and firearms instruction facility located in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Founded and operated by Jim Elliott, a retired airline captain with 60+ years of firearms experience, the facility specializes in comprehensive firearms safety and marksmanship training for all skill levels.

The range offers an extensive array of NRA-certified courses including:

• •Pistol, Rifle & Shotgun Training - From basic safety to advanced defensive techniques
• •Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) Classes - South Carolina CCW certification with classroom, lunch, and range time included ($100)
• •Specialty Courses - Home firearms safety, gun cleaning workshops, reloading classes, and personal protection seminars
• •Clay Shooting - NSCA sporting clays lessons and FITASC instruction at private outdoor range
• •Refuse to Be a Victim - NRA personal protection seminars for in-home and outside defense
• •Women's & Youth Classes - Specialized training for specific populations
• •Corporate & Private Events - Custom instruction for groups and organizations

The facility features a comfortable, air-conditioned classroom with padded chairs, refreshment area, and restrooms designed to provide a relaxed learning environment. Advanced dry-fire training systems including MANTIS, SIRT, and L.A.S.R. laser technology allow students to develop and refine shooting skills before live fire. These computerized systems provide real-time feedback on technique and corrective actions to improve performance while reducing ammunition costs.
