The Carry Guy

The Carry Guy handles South Carolina's concealed weapons permit training through Curtis Harwell's academy in Orangeburg. The free CWP class fulfills the mandatory training requirement set by SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division), then you get fingerprinted and submit to complete your permit application.

The class covers: - Safe handling (loading, unloading, carrying) - Current South Carolina concealed weapons laws - Self-defense law and deadly force definitions - Pistol operation and ammunition - Malfunction identification and handling - Maintenance basics - Holster selection and concealment techniques - Transportation and storage regulations

Bring: - Pen and paper - Valid driver's license or state ID - Eye and ear protection
