SDAA operates through regional directors covering Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, and Southwest areas of the state. Current leadership includes:

SDAA partners with clubs and pro shops across the state, including Dakota Archery & Outdoor Sports (Yankton), Ponderosa Archery Club (Rapid City), Black Hills Archery, Minnehaha Archers (Sioux Falls), and more. Each offers local access to ranges, instruction, and equipment.
Members and clubs access SDAA bylaws, membership applications, tournament bid forms, NFAA club and pro shop charters, and electronic scoring instructions for running events.
SDAA's mission: Foster, expand, and perpetuate field archery and responsible bowhunting while protecting and improving the sport for all participants.
