Pawn Loans

Tennessee law limits pawn rates to 2% per month plus 1/5 of the loan amount—which equals an effective rate of 22% per month. Loans are 30 days with a 30-day grace period. If you can't pay in full, you can renew by paying interest only, resetting the clock for another 30 days. Over 90% of their customers repay loans and keep their collateral. Items stay fully insured and securely stored while in pawn.

Firearms pawned have an additional $10 TBI TICS background check fee added when redeemed.

The owner is the son of Larry and previously ran Larry's Pistol & Pawn in Huntsville, Alabama for over 20 years. He designed Larry's Madison location before starting Elk River Trading Company.

If you can't repay, you surrender the item. If you want to keep it, you have 30 days to pay back the full loan plus interest, then another 30-day grace period.

1. Provide purchaser's name and contact information 2. Provide dealer info: company name, fax, email, phone, order/transaction numbers, item description 3. Background check and TBI fee ($10) applies

Total cost for a single transfer: $40 (transfer) + $10 (background check) = $50.
