The club operates under a Board of Governors structure with monthly club meetings, published bylaws, and member orientation requirements. They maintain a new member checklist and provide an HCGC Member Booklet with detailed rules and safety protocols.
Safety is paramount at HCGC. All rifles must have actions open, magazines removed, and empty chamber indicators in place except during preparation and firing periods. Match officials reserve the right to stop any competitor who fails to hit targets within seven shots or who endangers match integrity.
