Nashville Gun Club is Tennessee's premier trap and skeet shooting facility, serving competitive and recreational shooters since its relocation to its current location on County Hospital Road. As the home grounds of the Tennessee State Trapshooting Association (TSTA), Nashville Gun Club hosts sanctioned ATA trap shoots, regional competitions, and league events throughout the year.

The club specializes in trap and skeet shooting, with regularly scheduled registered shoots. Members and guests can participate in:

• •Competitive leagues – SCTP (Sub-Junior Club Trap Program) and AIM shoots
• •Championship tournaments – Including singles, handicap, doubles, and category-specific competitions
• •Youth programs – Junior, sub-junior, and development divisions

Nashville Gun Club operates as a membership-based organization. The facility serves as the headquarters for the Tennessee State Trapshooting Association, which sanctions shoots across the state and maintains records for champions in singles, handicap, doubles, ladies, juniors, veterans, and senior veteran categories.

The club hosts monthly shoots and special events. Shooters interested in registering for ATA-sanctioned events must submit a Registered Shoot Application to the TSTA, which coordinates dates and paperwork with the American Trap Association.

Nashville Gun Club has a rich history of developing competitive shooters and maintaining the traditions of shotgun sports in Tennessee. The facility has produced hall of fame inductees and maintains lifelong partnerships among shooting families and competitors.
