Full description and what we offer
Baker Arms Group started with a straightforward mission: make firearm customization practical, affordable, and actually look good. The shop was founded by five active-duty law enforcement officers in the North Texas area who understood that most gun owners want their firearms to fit their hands better and look the way they want them to.
Their core service is custom stippling – textured grip work that improves handling and control. But they've expanded beyond that:
If you want your firearm to grip better and look unique, this is what they do.
Ship your firearm directly to them – Baker Arms Group holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL), so you can send firearms to their facility.
The process:
1. Place your order online and pay 2. Allow 2-3 business days for processing 3. Baker Arms emails you shipping instructions (wait for this before sending anything) 4. Ship your firearm via FedEx or UPS with a photocopy of your government-issued ID 5. They complete the work and ship it back to the address on your ID (free standard return shipping) 6. Total shipping time: 1-2 additional business days after processing
Important shipping details: - Use FedEx or UPS only – not USPS - Include a legible photocopy of your driver's license, military ID, or passport - Wrap parts in bubble wrap or packing paper to prevent damage - Don't include magazines, ammunition, or extra cases - If you're using an aftermarket magwell, send that too so they can match the stippling
Standard return shipping is free. Expedited shipping, signature required, or cases add extra fees.
Payment & Processing: - Invoices are due upon receipt - Nothing ships until payment clears - If unpaid after 60 days, the order is considered abandoned and Baker Arms retains the firearm
The Work Changes Your Gun Permanently: - Stippling modifications cannot be reversed - This work typically voids the factory warranty (verify with your manufacturer) - Baker Arms reserves the right to refuse work if they determine a firearm shouldn't be modified due to safety concerns - Every stippling job is unique because of how the process works
Refund & Return Policy: - All sales final on completed frame packages – no refunds or exchanges after work is done - Other merchandise (merch, grips) can be returned if unused, in original packaging - Return shipping cost is deducted from any refund - Contact: [email protected]
