Irving Bowhunters Assn.

Irving Bowhunters Association (IBA) is a longstanding archery club with a proud tradition dating back to 1966. Located in Garland, Texas, the club provides dedicated facilities and a welcoming community for bowhunters and archery enthusiasts of all skill levels.

The club offers comprehensive archery shooting opportunities:

• •Field Archery Practice Range - Members can practice from 20 yards all the way out to 100 yards
• •Broadhead Shooting - Dedicated broadhead range by the front gate for hunting-style shooting
• •Crossbow Shooting - Crossbows are permitted (members must provide their own targets)
• •Traditional Archery - Practice with traditional bows on the main practice course

Irving Bowhunters Association operates as a membership-based club. Members enjoy unlimited access to all archery facilities from dawn until dusk, seven days a week. This allows members to practice on their own schedule year-round.

• •Important Broadhead Policy: Broadheads are only permitted on the designated broadhead range located by the front gate. Shooting or carrying broadheads anywhere else on club property will result in immediate membership revocation. This policy protects club targets and facilities from excessive damage.

• •Crossbow Requirements: While crossbows are allowed, members must bring their own targets as bolts become buried in standard target butts.

The club is not a bow shop and does not rent equipment. Members should come prepared with their own bows, crossbows, and necessary gear. The 100-yard practice course provides excellent space for honing hunting and competition skills.
