Tactical Ranch

Tactical Ranch is a specialized firearms and tactics training facility located in El Paso, Texas—just 15 minutes from Fort Bliss and 15 minutes from El Paso International Airport. This isn't a typical public range. The facility spans 350 acres designed specifically for military, law enforcement, private security, and civilian tactical training.

The facility features climate-controlled classrooms with full media capability, a conference room, multiple offices, secure storage, restrooms, and an outdoor patio with fire pit. Multiple firearms ranges handle everything from basic shooting to complex tactical evolutions.

Tactical Ranch operates seven distinct ranges:

• •Range 1 & 2 – 50-meter ranges with Action Target System runners, 24 firing points (Range 1) and 15 firing points (Range 2). Paper, steel, and facade targets. Vehicle assault targets available.

• •Range 3 – 75-meter range with vehicle targets and multiple configuration options.

• •Range 4 – 800-meter field-shoot range for high-angle, vehicle, mounted and dismounted firing.

• •Range 5 – Wadi Lane for dismounted small unit patrol training.

• •Range 6 – Counter Ambush Lane (mounted), extending 2.5 miles with live-fire areas and aerial platform firing positions.

• •Range 7 – 2000 sq ft shoot house with multiple rooms and hallways. Adjacent to counter-ambush track for scenario-based training. Equipped for Simunitions and UTM Man-Marking Munitions.

The ranges employ Action Target System (with running man targets) and Elite remote turning target systems. A mix of paper targets, ballistic steel targets, and various training support devices populate the ranges. Overhead shelters, weapon racks, and training facades are standard across the shooting areas.

Tactical Ranch operates both public (by appointment) and private training courses. The facility's proximity to Fort Bliss and El Paso International Airport makes it accessible for traveling groups and military units seeking specialized training.
