Weedhaven Sporting Goods started as James Ross Weed Firearms in late 2019 with one goal: bring a real firearms shop to the Port Lavaca area. They've expanded to become known internationally, with shooters traveling from across the coast to access their range and services.

• •The model is straightforward: keep inventory lean to keep prices down, but maintain access to what you actually need through supplier relationships and online stock. They work with you to source exactly what you're after.

• •On-site rifle and pistol range (Tuesday–Saturday)
• •Sight-in services: $80 for centerfire rifles at 100 yds, $40 for rimfire at 25 yds, $20 bore sight only
• •LTC classes: Multiple dates per month, full day certification plus proficiency-only option
• •Personal firearm training: $60/hour minimum 1 hour (safety training required unless you hold LTC)
• •Refuse To Be a Victim seminars: NRA program covering physical security, cyber security, home security, travel safety
• •Online training: LTC, constitutional carry, basic firearms

Store inventory includes: - Firearms and ammunition - Archery and air guns - Fishing tackle and frozen bait - Knives and personal safety items
