Friends of Wasatch Mountain State Park brought a dedicated 3D archery range to life in April 2024. Volunteers organized by Charles Farrell assembled and installed 18 life-sized 3D targets—funded entirely through community donations.

The range features targets in three sizes to replicate real bowhunting distances and angles. Each target is anchored and positioned along cleared shooting lanes, with brush management to maintain safe sight lines.

Located at Wasatch Mountain State Park, the range is maintained by volunteers. The project was funded through the Friends of Wasatch Mountain State Park membership and donations—making this a true community resource.
