Datus Archery Club has anchored Utah's bowhunting and target archery scene since the 1970s. Located in West Jordan just outside Salt Lake City, they operate a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse designed specifically for archers—not a "range that happens to have bows."
Year-round facility access: - 24 indoor shooting lanes - 2 outdoor practice targets at 70 yards - Full kitchen and common area in the clubhouse - Guidance from experienced archers and bowhunters
Membership Cost: $250/year (with 10 required work hours) or $350/year (no work hours). New member fees are prorated by month of application.
1. Review the constitution and bylaws 2. Complete the membership application with waivers 3. Attend an in-person board meeting (first Monday of each month, 5:30-6:00 PM for new members) 4. Complete work hours in your first year (if you chose the $250 option)
The club is actively improving its facilities—a remodeling project is underway to enhance both indoor and outdoor shooting areas.
