Bowmen of Rutland operates a target archery club with dual facilities. The outdoor range at Greetham Valley stays open throughout the year with targets set at various distances. When winter hits (October-March), members move indoors to shoot Monday and Friday nights at Casterton College Rutland near Stamford.
Members shoot recurve bow, compound bow, longbow, and bare bow. Some compete at County, National, and International level. Others shoot purely for pleasure within the club.
Open to new members regardless of age, ability, or disability.
