Monquin Creek Outdoors operates guided hunts across Franklin, Sussex, King William, King & Queen, Essex, Caroline, Richmond, Lancaster, New Kent, and Hanover counties. Founded in 2010 by Chip, a lifelong Virginia farmer and outdoorsman, the operation has grown into one of the state's most comprehensive hunting services.
Near-100% Success Rate: Strategic land management, 300+ trail cameras, and food plots across all properties give clients some of the highest success odds in Virginia.
- •Trail Camera Network: Monquin Creek runs 300+ trail cameras year-round across all properties to monitor deer herd health, predators, and migration patterns. This data drives placement decisions and hunt timing.
- •Land Management Strategy: Food plots include corn, milo, clover, oats, wheat, and rye strategically placed across properties. Deer sanctuaries on every property prevent overpressure and maintain herd sustainability. They've worked under the QDMA program for 15+ years and partner with Virginia Department of Wildlife on the DMAP program.
- •Guide Experience: Turkey hunting guides average 30+ years calling longbeards and gobblers. Whitetail guides focus exclusively on mature bucks (3+ years old, 130+ score).
