Fundy Shooting Sports operates with transparent leadership and active member involvement. The club holds monthly meetings every second Tuesday at 7:00 PM where members discuss range operations, vote on policy changes, and plan upcoming events. Club officers manage insurance, range certification, facility maintenance, road upkeep, and snow plowing.
The club is deeply community-focused. Recent initiatives include fundraising shoots supporting members facing hardship, youth outreach programs introducing new shooters to the sport responsibly, and partnerships with local scout organizations.
