911 Rapid Response started in 2007 with a mission to support public safety professionals and the community. Homeland Outfitters is the firearms division—a brick-and-mortar retailer handling everything from everyday carry to tactical loadouts.

They handle firearms three ways:

• •Consignment: List what you want to sell, they handle the sale
• •Trade-up: Swap your current firearm for something different
• •Sell on the spot: Get appraised and paid the same day, no games

If you're liquidating a collection, they'll appraise it and find new owners.

The range is open to the public during regular business hours. Walk-ins welcome:

Rentals available: - Handguns: $9.99/hour - Long guns & specialty: $19.99/hour - Targets, safety glasses, ear protection: $1–2 each

Each course runs ~1.5 hours and includes targets, eye/ear protection, ammunition, and rentals (bring your own firearm if you prefer).

• •Firearm dynamics and loading/unloading
• •Proper transporting and firing fundamentals

• •MODERATE ($150 solo / $250 pair)
• •Drawing from holster and magazine exchanges
• •Clearing jams and firearm tactics
• •Speed and distance drills

• •ADVANCED ($200 solo / $300 pair)
• •Tactical holstering and non-dominant hand use
• •Magazine exchanges in the range
• •Low-light and moving cover drills

Stock includes ammunition, magazines, optics, suppressors, holsters, body armor, carriers, medical supplies, safety equipment, and lifestyle apparel. They carry major brands and will source items on request.
