Lock and Load Em

Lock and Load Em has been teaching firearms safety and marksmanship in the South Sound since the early 2000s. What started as a training operation has grown into a comprehensive instruction program that serves shooters of all skill levels—from people picking up a firearm for the first time to experienced shooters refining advanced skills.

• •Basic Pistol — Foundation course covering safe handling, operation, and responsible gun ownership. Ladies-only and co-ed options available. This is their most popular class.

• •Intermediate Pistol — For shooters ready to improve accuracy and firearm handling. Takes you beyond basics to develop consistency and confidence.

• •Advanced Pistol Clinic — For proficient shooters wanting to learn draw techniques, improve accuracy under pressure, and expand tactical skills.

• •AR Platform Introduction — Educational training on the AR-15 platform: how it works, safe handling, and fundamentals.

• •Youth Firearms Safety — Teaches young shooters the basics of safe handling and operation while building respect for firearms in a fun, supervised environment.

• •Private & Group Training — Custom sessions with the head instructor. Perfect for scheduling around your calendar or tailoring instruction to specific goals.

Each class includes 30-40 demo firearms and hands-on range time. Instructors work to meet individual student goals with individualized attention, coaching, and support. By day's end, students leave with confidence, knowledge, and serious shooting skills.

The team includes Emily Reibman (owner and head instructor), Callie Goldsby (business manager and instructor), Ryan Reibman (instructor and head gunsmith), Jordan Hamilton, and Ryan Flowers.
