Raider Tactical was built on a foundation of professional law enforcement training. Owner Julia Valencia began her journey in 1993 and partnered with Gary in 2000 to formalize their training program. Both instructors bring credentials from the nationally recognized Arrestling Defensive Tactics Training Group, where they taught at the police academy level.
