Full description and what we offer
Tri-Cities Metallic Silhouette Association runs a multi-range facility in Pasco, Washington with three independently operated ranges completed in 2025:
TCMSA is a member-run organization affiliated with the National Rifle Association and the Civilian Marksmanship Program. The club holds monthly meetings the first Thursday of each month at the Pasco Moose Lodge (2617 W. Sylvester St.) at 7 PM, except July and August.
Public Event: Annual Hunter Sight-In is free and open to non-members, typically held in September. Volunteers needed—contact George Hledik at [email protected].
The association runs regular three-position CMP 50-yard rimfire matches. Recent matches have drawn full lines of 13 shooters. Member participation varies seasonally, with visiting family often joining during holiday periods.
The club emphasizes strict range safety protocols. All changes to range rules, safety procedures, or operational policies require member motion and vote with at least one month's advance notice. Members are equally responsible for seeing that the range operates in accordance with safety procedures.
The club conducts regular work parties for range improvements, offering work party credit toward membership renewal. Recent upgrades included a complete safety system with independent condition switches, new signaling systems, and separation of ranges to allow simultaneous shooting at different distances.
Weather conditions affect shooting daily. Real-time wind speed, temperature, and barometric pressure are monitored on-site to help shooters adjust for conditions.
