Newport Gun Club

Newport Gun Club is a premier trap and skeet shooting facility celebrating over 100 years of operation in Newport, Washington. Since 1924, this non-profit shooting club has been a cornerstone of the local sporting community, welcoming shooters of all skill levels from beginners to state champions.

Located at 271 Gun Club Road, Newport, WA 99156, Newport Gun Club is open to both members and non-members. The facility has been at its current location since 1968 and continues to operate as a public shooting range dedicated exclusively to shotgun sports.

Newport Gun Club specializes in clay target shooting sports:

• •Trap Shooting - Sundays 9am-12pm, including Winter League competitions (January-March)
• •Skeet Shooting - Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10am, featuring standard clay and new Wobble Clay machines for added challenge
• •Hunter Safety Classes - Available through the club
• •High School Clay Target Team - Hosts local competitive shooting programs
