Bills & Gills Guide Service operates out of Green Bay, Wisconsin under Captain Jim Klein—a guide who's logged five decades of fishing and hunting across North America. From Florida to Canada and most places between, Jim has built his reputation on showing clients how to actually catch fish and hunt waterfowl, not just take them out on the water.

Green Bay's Bay of Green Bay has become a bucket-list destination for diver duck hunting. Jim uses 2-man layout boats and accommodates up to 6 people per trip. Hunters pursue Bluebills, Redheads, Canvasbacks, Goldeneyes, and Buffleheads.

A standout detail: Many of Jim's decoys are vintage—some 80+ years old, handmade from wood and cork. He mixes old-world waterfowl hunting with modern technology for an experience that feels authentic.

Walleye, Salmon, Muskie, Perch, and Pan Fish trips on the Wolf River, Lake Poygan, and Lake Winnebago. Jim fishes with you on your boat or his, fine-tunes your setup, and teaches technique.

Lake Poygan opens first for Walleye, White Bass, and Perch. As winter progresses, focus shifts to Lake Winnebago and the Bay of Green Bay. During February, Bills & Gills guides sturgeon spearing season and rents shanties on all three bodies of water.
