Mouldy's Archery & Tackle has been serving northwest Wisconsin archers for over 55 years from their location at 2863 South Prairie View Rd. in Chippewa Falls. They handle everything from complete beginner packages to competitive tournament setups and bowhunting gear.

• •Bows - Compound, recurve, crossbow (both compound and recurve construction), traditional longbows, and specialized bowfishing bows. Staff can explain the differences and help you figure out what matches your skill level and goals.

• •Arrows - Aluminum, fiberglass, carbon, wood, and composite types. They stock nocks and fletching so you can build custom arrows for your specific bow and shooting style.

• •Broadheads & Points - Fixed-blade, expandable, and removable broadheads from top brands. Target, field, and safety point options available.

• •Accessories - Sights, arrow rests, releases (wrist strap, trigger, handle, and back tension types), targets (paper, 3D foam, bag, crossbow), and more. They'll install and test sights for accuracy.

• •Hunting Gear - Scents, decoys, tree stands, and calls to round out your setup.

• •Apparel - T-shirts and hats, archery-branded and other brands.

• •Fishing Tackle - Separate section for traditional fishing gear.

They assess your hand dominance and eye dominance first, then discuss your budget and whether you're interested in competitive shooting, hunting, or recreational fun. They put together starter packages customized to what you actually need.

Compound Bow Packages: $230-$499. Includes bow, sight, rest, detachable quiver, and peep sight—all set up for your draw length and strength. Release aid and arrows sold separately.

Recurve Bow Packages: $150-$350. Includes bow, sight, and finger tab—set up for your draw length and strength. Arrows sold separately.
