25 Sportsmen Club

25 Sportsmen Club is a non-stock, member-based organization dedicated to promoting sportsmanship, outdoor activities, and hunter education since 1944. While the club does not maintain its own dedicated facility, it collaborates with area partner locations to host events and training.

The club specializes in comprehensive hunter education through structured classroom and field training. Their Hunter Education Course consists of four 2.5-hour classroom sessions plus a mandatory field day, held twice yearly (winter and summer sessions). Classes cover essential hunting safety, wildlife management, and outdoor ethics required for responsible hunting.

Additional shooting sports activities include:

• •Trap shooting and shotgun sports at partner facilities
• •Youth trap leagues for developing young shooters
• •Archery instruction and training
• •Shotgun sports competitions and practice

Membership in 25 Sportsmen Club consists of approximately 25 regular members and 20-25 associate members. Interested individuals should contact the club directly or speak with an existing member about joining. All participants in classes and field days must complete hunter education attendance requirements.

Beyond shooting sports, the club is deeply invested in community welfare and conservation. Through annual fundraisers including their popular raffle and fisheree event, they donate to veteran programs, youth athletics, food pantries, scholarships, and habitat preservation initiatives supporting organizations like Pheasants Forever and Ducks Unlimited.
