X Combat Airsoft established itself as a scenario-based airsoft facility on the outskirts of Somerset West, Western Cape, about 35 minutes from central Cape Town. They've built multiple distinct playing fields over more than a decade.
The facility features five separate scenario-based fields that groups rotate through during their session:
- •Forest field - natural woodland setting
- •Urban field - built structures and city scenarios
- •Container fields - two separate container-based arenas (bottom and top positions)
- •Junkyard field - vehicle and debris obstacles
- •Tyre field - tire-based cover and terrain
- •Barrel field - barrel and industrial cover
Smaller groups use individual arenas. Larger groups and open session players combine multiple fields during their 2-hour booking.
