Red Beard Gunworks specializes in Cerakote finishing and gunsmithing work across all firearm platforms. They handle the detail work most shops skip—tolerance-critical parts, tight-fitting 1911 slides, and precision rifle builds.

Single-color work starts at $15 for small parts up to $350 for large-frame revolvers. Multi-color and camo patterns add $50 per color. Battleworn and distressed finishes available.

They won't coat sears, springs, bores, or other tolerance-critical parts—because doing so would ruin function.

They understand 1911 tolerances. They know that coating both pins and pin holes adds .004" to tolerance. They'll mask manufacturer markings per ATF regulations. They plug holes instead of coating them when it matters for fit.
