Jerry and Bridgett got tired of driving to archery shops every hunting season, paying for setups that were rushed and didn't fit their needs. Nobody was spending real time on the details—just peep sight placement and you're out the door. So Jerry bought a press, built a draw board, and started working on their own bows. That turned into certifications in shooting instruction, teaching, and factory service repair.

Now they run 3:16 Archery & Bow Works out of their garage in Arizona City. It's a small operation, but they take the time other shops won't.
