Rocky Creek Outdoors USA operates as a for-profit membership club offering trap, skeet, sporting clays, rifle ranges, and archery facilities. Located at the Arkansas-Texas border near Texarkana, the club provides both competitive and recreational shooting opportunities.

New members must complete an orientation. Junior memberships available for Pleasant Grove and Red Water High Schools.
- •Members: $0.45 per target
- •Non-members: $0.65 per target (appointment required, 1 week advance notice)
All members must participate in at least two sanctioned events per calendar year—these can be registered, non-registered, or charity events. NSCA membership is required before applying for club membership.
Guests can visit twice per year. After two visits, they must purchase a membership. Non-member shooters can arrange special appointments (NSCA members welcome via appointment).
- •Clubhouse hours for target purchases: Saturday and Sunday
- •No alcohol on courses or fields
- •No hunting permitted
- •Annual dues due in October (grace period available)
- •Members responsible for property damage
- •Range may close after heavy rain or flooding
