Full description and what we offer
Diablo Bowmen is a private archery club nestled on 50 acres on the east side of Mt. Diablo in Clayton, California. This exclusive members-only facility offers exceptional archery experiences with some of the most stunning scenery in the East Bay area.
Diablo Bowmen specializes exclusively in field archery and 3D target shooting. The club hosts a variety of competitive events and recreational shoots throughout the year, including:
The range features four challenging NFAA courses with 56 total targets offering unique terrain and varied difficulty levels. Two courses wind along a seasonal creek, while two additional courses climb the surrounding hillsides. A 900 Round range is integrated into one of the main courses, perfect for competitive archers. The facility also includes a practice range, picnic area, and comfortable amenities for members.
Diablo Bowmen is a private, members-only club. Membership provides access to the beautiful 50-acre range, club events, competitions, equipment discounts, and volunteer opportunities. The club welcomes new members who share a passion for archery.
While primarily a members club, Diablo Bowmen provides beginner classes to both members and non-members, with equipment provided. Classes are available based on club and volunteer availability. Children as young as 7 years old can participate in archery programs.
Located on Morgan Territory Road in Clayton, the range is accessed via Oak Hill Lane—a winding uphill road. The scenic Mt. Diablo location provides challenging terrain and spectacular views ideal for both competitive and recreational archers.
