International Tactical Training Seminars (ITTS)

International Tactical Training Seminars (ITTS) has been teaching firearms and tactics since 1990. Co-founders Scott Reitz and Brett McQueen built the school because they saw too many people—civilians and professionals alike—who weren't nearly proficient enough when their lives depended on it.

Scott Reitz is a 30-year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department, spent 10 years in LAPD SWAT, and ran advanced in-service firearms and tactics training for the entire Metro division. He's a Federal and Superior Court qualified expert in deadly force, training, and safety. His students have been involved in gunfights and performed admirably within the law—not a single out-of-policy shooting in his professional record.

ITTS teaches across four major weapon systems:

• •Handgun — From Handgun 1 fundamentals through advanced CCW and tactical applications
• •Carbine — Rifle-based training and specialized rifle setups
• •Shotgun — Home defense and tactical shotgun classes
• •Sniper — Long-range precision shooting (students hit targets at 850+ yards by day 2)

New shooters begin with Handgun 1, available as group classes (one weekend per month) or weekday private lessons. Those with prior formal training can potentially bypass Level 1—contact the school with details of your previous training.
