Full description and what we offer
The Vandenberg SFB Rod and Gun Club serves active duty, retired, reserve military, their dependents, DoD civilians, and base contractors. Located at Bldg 1521 on Taco Rd, it's the on-base facility for rifle, pistol, shotgun, archery, and organized competitive shooting.
The club maintains 7 dedicated ranges:

| Indoor Archery/Air Gun | Indoor | Store hours only, 5 days/week |
| Outdoor Archery | Outdoor | Sunrise-sunset, 7 days/week |
Trap and skeet rounds cost $5 for members and $7 for non-members—$0.20-$0.28 per shot.
Annual rates: - Military: $75 - DoD/Government Service: $100 - All Others: $115 - Day use (guest): $10
The gated entrance is access-controlled and only open during business hours (typically Thursday 9 AM-12 PM, then closed Mon-Wed, Fri-Sun). Members receive gate codes; guests must be sponsored and sign in.
Organized shooting events rotate throughout the month:

The pro shop stocks ammunition, reloading components, hunting accessories, and targets. Special orders available. The club also handles:
