Westminster Arms houses a full gunsmithing operation run by Marc, a Colorado School of Trades graduate with 10+ years as an industry gunsmith. He handles everything from standard AR maintenance to custom pistol work.
AR Platform Work — Free-float handguard installs, barrel replacements, gas block work, lower assembly, headspace checks, flash hider timing. Most AR jobs run $35–$75.
Maintenance & Repair — Detail cleaning (ultrasonic, disassembly, rust removal, reassembly), bore obstructions, stuck cases, function testing. Detail clean starts at $75 minimum.
Aftermarket Installation — Scope mounting with alignment and boresighting ($75), trigger work (drop-in or custom-fitted), sight installation ($39 standard dovetail), ring lapping ($50).
Custom Work — 1911 builds, revolver trigger jobs, stock refinishing, handgun customization. Pricing on request.
Hourly Rate: $78/hour, ½ hour minimum. Written estimates available.
