Silver City Gun Club

Silver City Gun Club is a private shooting club in Meriden, Connecticut, dedicated to precision 22-caliber pistol and rifle marksmanship. Founded in 1926, this NRA-chartered club offers a welcoming family atmosphere with competitive shooting opportunities and instruction.

Light Rifle matches are held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month (January-April) from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. These informal, public matches use NRA-A32 Bullseye targets with a $5 entry fee and opportunities to win cash prizes.

Membership requires attendance at a regularly scheduled club meeting to submit your application. New members must demonstrate safe firearm handling and obtain four signatures from club observers. The club encourages full family participation in its programs.
