Delaware State Pistol Club operates as a member-owned organization at 624 Moores Ln, New Castle, DE 19702. This isn't a walk-in range—membership requires NRA affiliation, board approval, and participation in club governance.
The process takes several weeks:
1. Submit application with NRA membership number (must be active) 2. Schedule safety orientation with Director of Safety and Education—typically 3rd Wednesday of month, 6:00pm-8:00pm 3. Attend Board meeting on 3rd Thursday at 7:00pm (in-person required, special circumstances considered) 4. Board votes on your application 5. Pay fees if approved: $150 initiation + annual dues ($100 if joining before March 31, $50 after)
Bring signed application, state ID, NRA card, and payment (check or cash) to the board meeting.

Associate Members can attend Wednesday night open shooting solo. All other access requires a Key Holder Member present or during scheduled league nights.
Action Pistol - Every Monday, 6:00pm-9:00pm (setup 5:00pm) - New shooters arrive 5:15pm-5:30pm for qualification - Range reserved, no preregistration needed
Bullseye League - Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:00pm-7:00pm (setup 4:00pm) - Tuesday: League format - Thursday: League format - Range reserved
Silhouettes Shooting - Friday League, 5:00pm-9:30pm - Metallic silhouette competition
Non-Competitive Pistol Accuracy & Defensive Drills - Wednesday evenings (specific dates vary) - 6:00pm-9:00pm (setup 5:00pm) - Holster use mandatory - Registration required - New participants arrive 30 minutes early for safety brief and qualification (waived if Action Pistol qualified) - Assumes basic pistol knowledge
Members Open Shooting - First Wednesday of each month, 5:30pm-7:00pm - Associate Members can shoot without a Key Holder present - Contact: Steve Larrimore (302-559-9013)
New Members Orientation - Third Wednesday monthly, 6:00pm-8:00pm - By appointment only—required before joining
Board Meetings - Third Thursday every month, 7:00pm-9:00pm - Open to all members - Where membership applications are voted on
Delaware Patriot Safety Training - Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00am-12:00pm - Private client training (range reserved)
