If they don't answer, they're either building guns, helping a customer, or at the range. Leave a message—they'll get back to you.
If you need work done on a gun you own, here's the process:
1. Contact them first — Don't just ship. Call (813) 374-9131 or email to coordinate. 2. Unload completely — Double and triple check. Have someone else verify. 3. Ship via UPS — Preferred carrier for firearms. 4. No ammunition — Don't include ammo in the same box. 5. Alert shipping clerk — Tell them the box contains a firearm. 6. Don't mark the outside — Don't advertise what's inside. 7. Include driver's license photocopy — Print your return address and phone number clearly on it. 8. Insure for replacement cost — You're responsible for transit insurance. 9. Package carefully — Bubble wrap layers prevent shipping damage. They photograph everything on arrival and will contact you if there's visible damage before starting work.
One-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Warranty claims require written notice within 15 months of purchase with model, serial number, and description of the issue.
They don't sell firearms online. To purchase: - Contact them during business hours - Guns transfer through an FFL or pickup in-store only - Inventory turns over frequently, so call for current stock
No returns on ammunition, firearms, optics, night sights, batteries, hearing protection, or used items. Custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit and cannot be returned.
