Full description and what we offer
Strongpoint Shooting Complex opened in September 2015 and built a reputation fast by focusing on three things: safety, variety, and actual shooters. The 50-acre complex in Waverly Hall, Georgia sits 3 miles past Cooper Foods on Highway 208, just a short drive north of Columbus and Fort Benning.
The main draw is the 400-yard rifle range. You get 20 shooting benches, steel targets positioned at 100, 200, 300, and 400 yards, and a dedicated zero area with targets at 25, 50, and 100 yards. Everything's under cover so weather doesn't shut you down. Range Officers call commands, and you've got sandbags and tactical platforms available.
The pistol side has 10 bays running 50 yards deep with high berms on three sides. Each bay has target stands, moveable tables, and canopies. You can shoot paper targets or rent steel. Recently added awnings to every pistol bay for summer shooting comfort.
They've got specialty steel bays full of competition steel if that's your thing. This is where people prep for USPSA and Steel Challenge matches.
