Troy-Deary Gun Club

Troy-Deary Gun Club (TDGC) is a competitive shooting club located in Deary, Idaho, serving the regional Camas Prairie shooting community. This member-based facility hosts organized trap and skeet competitions throughout the year, including the popular 10-week Camas Prairie League Competition.

The club specializes in trap and skeet shooting with competitions structured around singles (16 yard), handicap, and doubles events. Members compete both within the Troy-Deary club and against other Camas Prairie-area gun clubs.

The Camas Prairie League Competition runs seasonally for 10 weeks with shoots typically beginning at 9 AM on Sundays. Competition scoring allows shooters to throw out their two lowest scores or miss up to two days while remaining eligible. Your first singles (16 yard) score counts toward both club and league standings.

Troy-Deary Gun Club prides itself on being a welcoming community for shooters of all levels. The club actively encourages new members and youth participation. Social elements are integral to the club experience—potluck lunches are held during competition days at noon, providing opportunities for members to socialize and connect.
