Boise Gun Club is Idaho's premier shotgun sports complex, a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization dedicated to shotgun shooting sports since 1898. Located in Kuna on the outskirts of Boise, the club reinvests all revenue into facility maintenance and improvements.
The club features: - Four skeet fields for skeet shooting - Twelve trap ranges for trap shooting - Sporting clays course - Evening lighting for night shooting - Clubhouse with restrooms, refreshments, snacks, ammunition, and merchandise
Members and non-members can participate in: - Public shooting - Open shooting during regular hours - Competitive leagues - Four 10-week league programs per year (Continental, Winter, Camas, and Summer leagues) - Team competitions - Form a team of five shooters or join a team if short members - Personalized instruction - Advanced trap and skeet classes available - Shotgun rentals - Club provides shotguns for those wanting to try shooting sports (valid ID required)
The club welcomes both members and non-members. Annual membership is $50 (August 1 - July 31) and provides discounted shooting rates. Public shooting rates: Members $6 per 25-target round; Non-members $8 per 25-target round. The club actively encourages women and children to participate.
Year-Round Hours: - Wednesday: 12pm-8pm - Sunday: 12pm-5pm (winter); 10am-4pm (summer) - Saturday: 10am-4pm (summer only) - May close early if no shooters present
The clubhouse is available for private rental at $500/day on non-public shooting days, with commercial kitchen access for catering.
Boise Gun Club administers a 501(c)(3) Youth Foundation to help fund youth shooting sports participation.
